Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor management, greeting, and telephone inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to reflect company standards.
- Assist with mail distribution, courier services, and general office errands.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage conference facilities.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and access control systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate front desk or reception role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and standard office equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech semiconductor environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Willingness to work on-site.
