Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients to expand the bank’s funding base and market share.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate portfolios to ensure client retention.
- Market and cross-sell a variety of funding products, including time deposits, current accounts, and specialized savings products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the Jakarta corporate sector.
- Achieve individual and team funding targets as set by the management on a monthly and annual basis.
- Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth account onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and portfolio health checks to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager specifically in Corporate Funding or Commercial Banking.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding funding and acquisition targets.
- Extensive network of corporate clients and business stakeholders in the Jakarta Raya area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Deep understanding of banking regulations (OJK/BI) and financial market instruments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and market data.
