Your responsibilities will include managing the entire payroll cycle, from data collection to final disbursement, while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement to all employees
- Maintain and update employee payroll data in HRIS systems
- Calculate and process statutory deductions, bonuses, and allowances
- Generate payroll reports and documentation for finance and compliance purposes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll calculations and deductions
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll reconciliations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing in Indonesia
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
