Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies that align with the university’s institutional goals and long-term vision.
- Lead and mentor the IT department, fostering an environment of technical excellence, professional growth, and proactive problem-solving.
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, including network security, cloud services, and enterprise software systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Oversee rigorous cybersecurity initiatives, including threat mitigation, data protection, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Drive digital transformation projects, including the integration of modern EdTech solutions and automated administrative workflows.
- Manage the corporate IT budget, vendor relationships, and technology procurement processes for optimal ROI.
- Provide expert technical guidance to senior leadership regarding emerging technologies, digital trends, and strategic tech investments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in senior IT leadership roles, preferably within the education or enterprise sector.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale network infrastructure, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and digital transformation methodologies.
- Excellent strategic planning, project management, and budget management skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for building high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or CISM are strongly desired.
