Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support to corporate clients and internal sales teams via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new technology equipment and software
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology solutions and improvements
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems and best practices
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for enhancements
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a plus
