Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maintain and expand the corporate client portfolio.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to provide customized leasing and financial solutions.
- Negotiate complex contract terms, pricing, and conditions to ensure profitable and sustainable transactions.
- Liaise with the Credit Analysis team to facilitate the approval process while managing risk expectations.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with company policies and local financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or Leasing.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and corporate leasing structures in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of achieving high-volume sales KPIs.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and market data.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
