Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate transactions, financial regulations, and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts and legal agreements.
- Monitor changes in financial legislation and ensure internal policies are updated to maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Manage corporate secretarial tasks, including the preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as required to represent the company’s interests.
- Develop and implement internal legal training programs to promote a culture of compliance across all departments.
- Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks associated with new financial products or business expansions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university; Master of Laws (LL.M.) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably within the financial, banking, or fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) requirements, and corporate law.
- Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in legal drafting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
