Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all legal aspects of Human Resources, including employee contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and internal regulations.
- Provide expert advice to management on Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and ensure company compliance.
- Handle industrial relations matters and act as a primary point of contact for legal disputes or labor union negotiations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to employment, including termination, disciplinary actions, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure HR practices comply with local government regulations and updated labor legislation.
- Represent the company in legal matters, including mediation and labor court proceedings if necessary.
- Provide training to internal HR staff regarding updates in employment laws and legal compliance best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in HR Legal, Industrial Relations, or a similar legal advisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS regulations, and employment dispute resolution.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with high professional integrity.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with HR administration tools.
