- Oversee end-to-end PEZA application processing and compliance monitoring
- Manage visa processing for international personnel ensuring regulatory alignment
- Develop and implement corporate compliance policies across departments
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Advise on corporate governance best practices and risk management
- Represent company in negotiations and regulatory interactions
- Conduct legal research on evolving Philippine business regulations
Kualifikasi
- Admitted to the Philippine Bar with active license
- Minimum 5 years corporate law experience with PEZA/visa specialization
- Proven track record in compliance program development
- Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate and immigration laws
- Advanced contract drafting and negotiation expertise
- Proficiency in legal research tools and documentation systems
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
