We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Relationship Manager to join a prestigious firm in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our organization and our valued corporate clients. You will be responsible for proactively developing and maintaining long-term business partnerships, identifying complex financing needs, and delivering bespoke financial solutions, specifically focusing on gold-backed financing and enterprise corporate lending.
The ideal candidate possesses deep market insight and a strategic mindset to drive business growth. You will play a critical role in enhancing client satisfaction, expanding our corporate portfolio, and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the financial services sector in Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new corporate clients and expand existing relationships.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client financial needs to provide tailored gold-backed and corporate financing solutions.
- Maintain high-level engagement with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with internal credit and product teams to structure complex financing deals that meet risk compliance standards.
- Prepare professional presentations and proposals to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Ensure consistent service delivery to maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or commercial lending.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial products, credit risk, and market financing mechanisms.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and managing a diverse corporate portfolio.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong analytical skills and a client-first mindset.
