Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new B2B corporate clients in Pontianak and the wider Kalimantan Barat region.
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximize revenue and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and service quality.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or corporate sales roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
