Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate (B2B) clients to expand Lion Parcel's market share in Makassar.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to closing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention and account growth.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues.
- Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitive analysis to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or corporate account management, preferably in the logistics, courier, or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of the business landscape in Makassar and the surrounding Sulawesi region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for professional mobility.
