- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in the Cebu region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Present Cartrack's fleet management solutions to potential clients, highlighting value and ROI
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and challenges
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or fleet management solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the local business landscape in Cebu
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools
- Valid driver's license (required for vehicle allowance)
