- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Johor Bahru and surrounding regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Present Ricoh's solutions effectively to meet client requirements and drive sales
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology or office equipment
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
