About the Role
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality? Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences Inc is looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. In this key role, you will be responsible for generating substantial revenue by developing and managing a strong portfolio of corporate accounts, cultivating strategic business partnerships, and securing high-value group bookings. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt for new corporate business opportunities and manage existing accounts to maximize revenue.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations, property tours, and client entertainment activities.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and amenities for corporate transient and group business.
- Collaborate with the events and catering teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate events.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Track all sales activities and leads within the CRM system, providing accurate forecasts.
- Represent the hotel at local networking events, trade shows, and business mixers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of solid sales experience within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Must have an existing network of corporate clients in the Cavite / Manila area.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target corporate clients.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure revenue growth and retention.
- Conduct site inspections and sales presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals for group bookings and events.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong network of corporate contacts is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
