- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic market research and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients across diverse industries
- Present company products/services effectively to drive conversion and revenue growth
- Exceed monthly sales targets by developing customized solutions for client needs
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven B2B sales experience in a corporate environment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
