Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new corporate business opportunities within the assigned North-East territory.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives.
- Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client business requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and after-sales satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in office equipment, IT, or document management solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
