Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for BNI Life's Business Banking Partnership products
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients and financial institutions
- Conduct product presentations tailored to corporate client needs and regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on progress against KPIs
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand BNI Life's corporate presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in financial services
- Strong understanding of banking operations and corporate insurance products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
