Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and franchise partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our corporate and franchise portfolio.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and proposal generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and coffee tastings to showcase our premium product offerings to potential partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain our competitive edge.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and execution of client requirements.
- Provide regular sales reporting and performance updates to management to track progress against KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or corporate partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network effectively at all professional levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Polished professional demeanor with a strong interest in the luxury, coffee, or F&B retail industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus given our global customer base.
