Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, engage, and secure new corporate clients within the Johor Bahru region.
- Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to prospective B2B partners.
- Negotiate complex contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to account handover.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
