Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the corporate market and expand our client base.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential corporate partners.
- Design and deliver high-impact training modules for internal staff and client personnel regarding fire safety compliance and product usage.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to management, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical departments to ensure seamless delivery of safety solutions.
- Stay updated on local fire safety regulations and industry trends to provide expert consultancy to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or professional training.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Malay.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Proactive mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally to client sites within the Selangor/KL area.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
