- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive volume and revenue growth within the corporate sector.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to adjust sales tactics proactively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activity and pipeline progress using CRM software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
