Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients to expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers through regular follow-ups and meetings.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance overall team performance and product knowledge.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to keep management informed of business performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/O-Level qualification in any field.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin languages (both written and verbal).
- Proven track record in sales or a related field, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
