Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation efficacy.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with overarching company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
  • Lead and mentor sales personnel to achieve individual and collective KPI targets.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and CRM software management.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
  • Residency or willingness to relocate to Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
