Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and capture new corporate client accounts.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective B2B clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using our internal CRM to ensure consistent meeting of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing complex contracts.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
