Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key HORECA sector clients in Bali region
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through market research
- Present company products/services to potential clients and conduct compelling product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining profit margin objectives
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted promotional strategies for HORECA sector
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales approaches
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years proven B2B sales experience, preferably in HORECA or hospitality sector
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex client relationships
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages considered advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Bali's tourism and hospitality market dynamics
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated achievement of sales targets
