Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients within the aviation and logistics sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales or B2B business development, preferably in aviation or logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently to achieve aggressive sales goals.
