Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production targets.
  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients within the Jakarta and Tangerang territory.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing corporate accounts.
  • Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential business clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and policy implementation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major with a strong academic track record.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or distribution, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
