Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for the travel industry? Astrindo Satrya Kharisma is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the face of our premium travel services, connecting with businesses to provide seamless travel solutions that empower their growth.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with our corporate partners. If you are a natural negotiator with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality and travel landscape, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect potential corporate clients to expand the Astrindo Travel Services portfolio.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and negotiate service agreements with corporate stakeholders.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and travel management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our service offerings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a strong network or existing client database in the Jakarta business sector is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
