As a Corporate Secretarial Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain high standards of statutory compliance. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining in-depth knowledge of the Companies Act and ACRA regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle a portfolio of clients and provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support.
  • Prepare and lodge statutory returns and documents with ACRA via BizFile.
  • Assist in the preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and annual general meeting (AGM) documentation.
  • Manage e-stamping and other regulatory filings accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, ensuring company records are kept in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Support the team in conducting due diligence and compliance checks for new client onboarding.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Corporate Governance, or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., SAICSA/CSIA).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role within a professional firm.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and relevant ACRA filing requirements.
  • Proficiency in using ACRA BizFile and electronic document management systems.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of professional integrity.
