As the backbone of our administrative operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our corporate governance, documentation, and executive support functions run seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain corporate records, including minutes of meetings, board resolutions, and statutory filings.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership team, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prepare, proofread, and format formal documents, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate board meetings and shareholders' meetings, including logistics and documentation.
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments to ensure internal policies are communicated and implemented effectively.
- Manage confidential documentation with a high degree of discretion and professional integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary or Executive Assistant in a professional corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate governance, legal compliance, and administrative best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information with discretion.
