We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary & Investor Relations Officer to join a prominent organization in Jakarta. This is a critical leadership-adjacent role that bridges the gap between corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transparent communication with our shareholders and the investment community.
In this capacity, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, ensuring that all corporate actions align with legal requirements and best practices in Indonesia. Simultaneously, you will drive our investor relations strategy, crafting compelling narratives that accurately represent our financial health and strategic vision to market analysts and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in corporate law, finance, or business administration, with an exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and external investors.
Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with OJK regulations, Indonesian Company Law, and GCG (Good Corporate Governance) standards.
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, AGMs, and EGMs, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
- Manage the flow of information between the company, the board, and external shareholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Investor Relations strategies to increase market visibility and investor confidence.
- Prepare and review annual reports, quarterly financial disclosures, and press releases for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
- Serve as the primary liaison for analysts, institutional investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic intelligence to the executive management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Corporate Secretary or Investor Relations role within a public-listed company.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian capital market regulations and regulatory filing requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial statements.
- Proven track record of managing high-level stakeholders and board-level interactions.
- High integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CS professional certification) are highly preferred.
