Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and external business partners.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, meeting minutes, and corporate presentations.
  • Organize board meetings, executive briefings, and official corporate events.
  • Monitor and track key projects, ensuring follow-up actions are completed within deadlines.
  • Handle confidential documentation and maintain secure filing systems for corporate records.
  • Coordinate administrative requirements for international and domestic business travel.
  • Provide comprehensive support to ensure the CEO’s daily workflow is optimized for maximum efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive secretarial or personal assistant role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
