Adaro Mining is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary Specialist to join our professional team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key member of our corporate office, you will be responsible for overseeing high-level corporate reporting, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and managing robust investor relations. You will act as a bridge between the management team and external stakeholders, ensuring that all communications align with our strategic goals. Furthermore, you will play a critical role in debt covenant monitoring, providing vital financial insights that safeguard our operational health. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive corporate reporting processes in compliance with national and international regulations.
- Coordinate and monitor debt covenant compliance to ensure Adaro Mining remains within financial obligations.
- Prepare and review high-level reports and documentation for board meetings, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for investor relations inquiries and external communications.
- Ensure timely filing of corporate disclosures and maintain meticulous records of corporate legal documents.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal departments and external regulatory authorities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate Secretary or compliance role, preferably in the mining or energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, OJK regulations, and stock exchange listing requirements.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial documentation and debt covenant monitoring.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with high-level stakeholders.
