Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain corporate account operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to corporate clients, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Process and verify incoming financial documentation, including contracts and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate banking, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
