Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential corporate clients through outbound telemarketing calls.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls while ensuring quality engagement and accurate data recording.
- Clearly articulate product/service value propositions to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets as defined by management.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database of all lead interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and outreach tactics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or high-volume customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a strong asset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of handling rejection with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
