Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with Kalapa Technology’s strategic goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps among technical and non-technical staff.
- Design engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive digital content.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback loops and performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in educational technology and professional development.
- Collaborate with department leads to customize training based on specific project requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and employee progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Training Specialist, or similar role within a corporate or tech environment.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Indonesian and a strong command of professional English.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for mentoring and people development.
