Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for technology and education? Accentuates is looking for a professional Corporate Trainer to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between our product excellence and our frontline sales force. You will be responsible for empowering our team with the knowledge they need to succeed in a competitive tech retail environment.
We are seeking a confident presenter who is comfortable both in front of a live audience and behind a webcam. If you have a knack for simplifying complex laptop specifications into compelling sales narratives and love helping others reach their potential, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules focusing on laptop product knowledge, advanced selling skills, and superior customer service.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions via both in-person workshops and virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Create visually appealing and informative presentation materials, including slide decks, training manuals, and interactive guides.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and hardware specifications to ensure training content remains current.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to boost performance and morale.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training, teaching, or a related retail sales coaching role.
- Strong understanding of laptop hardware, software ecosystems, and consumer electronics.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar content creation tools.
- Experience in managing both online and offline training sessions is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence team members.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Jakarta area if required for in-store training.
