  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers to resolve issues
  • Document all interactions, resolutions, and client communications systematically
  • Monitor global travel alerts and proactively communicate potential risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent service standards
  • Develop contingency plans for high-risk travel routes and destinations

Kualifikasi

  • 3+ years of corporate travel consulting experience with emergency support focus
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong knowledge of global travel regulations and industry best practices
  • Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Relevant travel industry certifications (IATA, TAP, etc.) preferred
