Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 24/7 emergency travel support for corporate clients handling urgent bookings and disruptions
- Manage itinerary changes, rebookings, and alternative arrangements during travel crises
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers to resolve issues
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and client communications systematically
- Monitor global travel alerts and proactively communicate potential risks
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent service standards
- Develop contingency plans for high-risk travel routes and destinations
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of corporate travel consulting experience with emergency support focus
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of global travel regulations and industry best practices
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant travel industry certifications (IATA, TAP, etc.) preferred
