- Provide 24/7 emergency assistance and support for corporate travelers worldwide.
- Handle urgent flight bookings, hotel changes, and visa processing requests immediately.
- Resolve travel disruptions and crises efficiently to minimize impact on client business.
- Communicate effectively with airlines, hotels, and ground handlers to secure immediate solutions.
- Manage complex itineraries and make real-time adjustments based on client needs.
- Document all emergency actions and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell premium services during urgent situations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate travel management or emergency travel support.
- Strong knowledge of global travel systems, GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), and online booking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High stress tolerance and proven ability to make quick, critical decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for business.
