As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. You will leverage your expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to secure the best rates and options for our clients. Beyond booking, your role involves providing 24/7 support to travelers, handling urgent changes, and resolving unexpected travel disruptions with professionalism and efficiency.

- Plan and execute complex domestic and international corporate itineraries.
- Process travel reservations, ticketing, and amendments via GDS systems.
- Provide exceptional 24/7 customer support and travel assistance.
- Monitor and enforce company travel policies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with hotel, airline, and transport vendors to secure favorable rates.
- Prepare travel vouchers and expense reports for corporate clients.
- Handle emergency travel situations and rebooking requests efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate travel or airline reservations.
- Proficiency in GDS systems such as Sabre or Amadeus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for training.
