Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Provide prompt and professional communication to corporate clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Proactively handle travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations or re-routing, to ensure traveler safety and convenience.
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, travel preferences, and loyalty program details in our CRM system.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with corporate travel policies and budget guidelines.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and documentation for business executives.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service partners to negotiate and secure the best rates for our clients.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate travel, hospitality, or high-level customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technologically savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and booking platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure during travel emergencies.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining service standards.
