Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Provide prompt and professional communication to corporate clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Proactively handle travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations or re-routing, to ensure traveler safety and convenience.
- Maintain accurate client profiles, travel preferences, and loyalty program details in our CRM system.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with corporate travel policies and budget guidelines.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and documentation for business executives.
- Collaborate with vendors and service partners to negotiate and secure the best rates for our clients.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate travel, hospitality, or high-level customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and booking platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure during travel emergencies.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining service standards.
