Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Provide expert travel advice and itinerary planning for domestic and international business trips.
- Handle complex booking modifications, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries with high urgency.
- Ensure all travel requests comply with corporate policies and client-specific budgetary constraints.
- Resolve travel disruptions proactively, providing real-time support to corporate travelers.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and expenses within the internal management system.
- Deliver outstanding service to foster long-term client loyalty and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in travel management, reservations, or customer service (Corporate Travel experience is a plus).
- Excellent proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing global team.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules to support international time zones.
