Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for OEM cosmetic and packaging solutions.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with beauty brands, retailers, and cosmetic distributors.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to ensure customer needs are met regarding product formulation and packaging specifications.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry advancements to adjust sales tactics proactively.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry through contract negotiation and final delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian cosmetic manufacturing (OEM) market landscape.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building high-value portfolios.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry trade shows.
  • High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
