Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, analyze, and report monthly cost accounting data and variations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing costs, overheads, and inventory valuation.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Perform variance analysis between actual costs and standard costs, providing actionable insights.
- Manage the maintenance of the cost accounting system and ensure data accuracy in the ERP.
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
- Participate in periodic physical inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Provide detailed financial reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of Cost Accounting principles, GAAP, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight month-end closing deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
