Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily cost accounting operations to ensure accurate recording of manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.
- Perform detailed variance analysis between actual and standard costs to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes specifically focused on cost accounting and production reporting.
- Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
- Prepare comprehensive cost reports, including standard costing analysis, to support executive decision-making.
- Maintain and update the standard costing system to reflect current operational realities and material costs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards throughout the cost reporting cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Control.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory valuation methods and cost flow assumptions.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
