Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and variance analysis to monitor budget versus actual performance.
- Perform regular audits of operational expenses and cost centers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, cost summaries, and management information packs.
- Assist in the development, monitoring, and updating of the annual budget and forecast.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Maintain and organize cost accounting records, ledgers, and databases.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling cost accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or a similar financial role.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial accounting software/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with the machinery or manufacturing industry is a plus.
