In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial health by managing daily transactions, ensuring strict tax compliance, and providing data-driven insights for budget management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping records.
- Monitor and track project or operational costs against established budgets.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, specifically PPN and PPh.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the annual company budget.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify expenses and justify cost variances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cost accounting, budgeting, or general finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, PPN).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
