FINNS Beach Club is seeking a highly skilled Cost Control and Estimator Engineer to serve as the financial backbone of our engineering operations and projects. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all capital projects and facility maintenance are delivered efficiently and within budget constraints, maintaining the high standards of our luxury beach club environment.
As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, analyzing cost variances, and providing accurate estimates for future developments. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects and facility upgrades.
- Monitor project expenditures in real-time and prepare comprehensive variance reports to management.
- Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate material and labor costing.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate competitive pricing.
- Oversee the cost control system, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Forecast future costs and identify potential risks to the project budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in cost control, estimation, or quantity surveying.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions) and cost estimation software.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
