In this pivotal role, you will act as the guardian of our operational data, ensuring accuracy in purchasing, sales tracking, stock management, and expense reporting. You will support the company's financial health by analyzing operational trends and maintaining precise records. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your analytical skills will directly impact business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Operational Data Monitoring: Oversee and manage daily operational data, including tracking purchasing activities, sales records, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
  • Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor company expenditures and assist in preparing detailed cost analysis reports to support budget management.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock inventory efficiently, ensuring optimal stock levels for office supplies and operational assets to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in compiling data for monthly financial reports, ensuring all figures related to revenue and expenses are up-to-date and error-free.
  • Procurement Support: Coordinate with relevant departments to streamline the purchasing process and verify cost efficiency.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain organized digital and physical records of all financial transactions and operational logs.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in cost control, data entry, or administrative support within a corporate setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to detect errors in data and financial records.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic office environment.
